Pecan Nuts 100g

Our Junior Mammoth Pecan Nut Halves from North America are delicious, buttery flavoured nuts. Pecans are high in fibre and are a good source of vitamin E and B vitamins.  They are also a good source of magnesium, iron, calcium, selenium, iron and zinc.

Suggested uses:

Pecan nuts are excellent for homemade trail mixes, baking, in muesli and porridge and salads.
