About This Product

Gunpowder Green Tea is an unfermented green Chinese tea. The leaves have been 'fried' which leads then to curl into balls similar in appearance to early 20c gunpowder, hence the name.

Contrary to the name, this tea will not fire you up! It has a gentle and fresh flavour. A traditional Chinese green tea as it should be.
